Social Tennis

Social tennis takes place on Saturday afternoons each week throughout the year between about  2pm and 5pm.  These sessions have been very popular and all the courts have been in use.  Make sure you come down to enjoy these tennis sessions and meet others for a social game.

Wednesday evenings during the summer from 6.30pm to 9.30pm are also devoted to social tennis and players are encouraged to organise their own fours.  Occasionally these evenings have a full social event attached to them and players can enjoy a BBQ plus drinks from the bar to unwind after a hard night's tennis.  Watch out in the Clubhouse for news on the next Social.

Junior Tennis

Friday nights are devoted to Junior Tennis, and Saturday mornings for Junior coaching. For more details on arrangements for juniors at the Club click here.

Team Tennis

During March and April, after the winter leagues have finished, Mens and Ladies match practice takes place on Tuesday evenings.  They are generally organised by the team captains and are intended for players who have expressed an interest in playing for any of the Club Teams.  If you want to be considered for a team you must come down and make yourself known to the team captains.  For information on competitive tennis including squads, matches, tournaments and leagues click here.

Notice Boards

The Club has a number of notice-boards which are used to publicise forthcoming events such as social evenings, competitions, or the Wimbledon ticket ballot.  Please keep a regular check on the notice-boards to avoid disappointment.
