 Hertfordshire League

The Club enters three women's teams and four men's teams into the Hertfordshire Leagues.   These doubles matches involve three pairs playing three rubbers against each of the opposing pairs.  A rubber consists of two sets plus, if necessary, a 10-point championship tie-breaker (in place of a third set).

There are also a range of Veterans leagues where we enter men's and women's teams for the age group categories of over 40's, over 50's and over 60's.

 Watford League

The Club enters three women's teams, three men's team and four mixed teams into the summer Watford Leagues. These extremely popular evening doubles matches in which three pairs play three sets against each of the opposing pairs, followed by a light supper.

We compete at all levels of the League with various levels of success.  Last year, 2007, a number of our teams did extremely well: 

MIXED 
A team - winners of division 1  --  League champions !
B team - 2nd in division 3
C team - bottom of division 4   (very tight - bottom 4 teams on 10 points)
D team - 4th in division 5

LADIES'
A team - winners of division 2
B team - 2nd in division 3
C team - 5th in division 4 

MEN'S
A team - winners of division 3
B team - 3rd in division 6
